Working with the client to identify their requirements, and guiding the customer to ensure that the requirements are well defined and realistic is the first step in producing a requirement specification. This specification can then be used to tender for the work and Julian can manage the tender process, then follow through with project managing the implementation phase, keeping an ongoing, meaningful dialogue with the supplier and customer at all stages to ensure smooth delivery. Change management, including working with team members to ensure that any new systems are adopted with a positive attitude can also be provided.
